Upon using the Classreuniontours.com site you agree that you have read and shall abide by the policies henceforth. As such we do not sell, distribute or release your name and private information to any third parties, advertisers, agencies or affiliates, including but not limited to other reunion web-sites, other travel agents (unless used for your booking/Ticketing information!) Your personal information is important to us in giving you a secure way to reunite with long lost friends and classmates and we respect your Privacy as our ClassReunionTours.com Policy. Should you feel that you are being troubled by a former fellow classmate (or anyone else from our site) that is unlawful or without good taste or that you are being solicited, harassed or troubled by obscenities, do contact us and save any and all information leading to what you may feel is a violation of your rights under these terms of the ClassReunionTours.com Web-site and Privacy Policies. If you feel you are being relentlessly harassed and or threatened contact your local authority and document everything for them to have on file.

ClassReuniontours.com reserves the right to terminate you and your data from our site for any and all inappropriate language, behavior, solicitation, photos/videos or in an event that you were reported as harassing others in hostile or threatening fashion, and or soliciting them.
B)ClassReunionTours.com Web-site and Privacy Policy Promotional photos/video usage: Should you not wish to have your photos or video used in our promotional efforts please be sure to contact us immediately to be removed or if you have any concerns. ClassReunionTours.com reserves the right to use photos and videos in our promotional and advertising effort’s only. On our trip registration form you may elect “not to have your video or photo used in our advertising information”, however group shots may or may not include your photo and ClassReunionTours.com reserves the right to use such photos or videos in and only for our advertising/promotional efforts. We will not share or sell your photos or videos to third party vendors. ClassReunionTours.com Web-site does not protect against fellow classmates who may have access to your photo or videos and as such they may (non-consensually) copy your photos or videos without your knowledge and or ours. ClassReunionTours.com does everything to protect your privacy by having select access to your group or classes site. However in order to “reunite the class” these access codes must be and shall be shared with your fellow friends and classmates making your photo/video or other information you may wish to provide accessible, unless you block your contact information when giving the access code to your fellow classmates or friends.
D) Reunion Committee/Trip Organizers rights using ClassReunionTours.com site: ClassReunionTours.com, it’s agents, affiliates, managers and entire staff consent that using the site in a fashion that is helpful and directed towards reuniting classmates is permitted. We understand that not all schools will be able to attend a trip or tour, cruise or event. We hope that our site will be a useful tool in reuniting classmates. We permit the Reunion Committee/Trip Organizers to use our site in a communication or fundraising drive/fashion solely dedicated to the reunion of your group, school or class in that the fundraiser is not used to benefit the interest or the person(s) in the Reunion Committee or the Trip Organizer(s) for their own said profit.
C)Agreeing to Laws: In using the ClassReunionTours.com web-site you agree not to harass, defame, invade someone’s privacy, use abusive or foul language, photos, tone or verbiage. You agree not to be obscene or use images/photos with obscenities. You agree not to be abusive or threatening or to bring up past obscenities that may be construed as not tasteful or lawful (just because it happened 10, 20 or 30 years ago does not allow you to use in current text, fashion, or in any way, shape or form that may be harmful or damaging to other’s, or that may incriminate another or be liable or defamatory to other’s. You agree not to use site in solicitation methods (legal or not!) For example, if you are in the t-shirt business you cannot promote and advertise on our site to others that you are offering “class of…” T-shirts for sale. Another example, you just got in a hot “ground floor” business such as network marketing and want to share with the world, you see this site as a great way to promote and sign people up, in doing so we at Classreuniontours.com may take severe legal action for disruption of business under our web-site policies and shall seek damages. Also, you cannot advertise that you are a travel agent and want to sell all your classmates a trip or tour. You may not contact all your classmates or friends or anyone else on the ClassReuniontours.com web-site to re-direct to your web-site, and or business for selling, religious, non-profit organization, or free purposes that may or may not harm our business relationship with your school, class or any other school or group or individual and or be deemed as harassing. Failure to comply to these terms will cause immediate termination of your using the ClassReuniontours.com web-site indefinitely and you may be held liable for losses or damages. Even if your idea, product and or business in non-related to what ClassReuniontours.com offers solicitation is prohibited! Failure to comply with these terms may also jeopardize your attending one of our tours or events and may not be refunded as we see fit. For example, informing all of your classmates that you will be bringing t-shirts on your trip and then selling them while there.
D)Disclosure ClassReunionTours.com Web-site and Privacy Policy:
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on us or affiliated parties; (b) protect and defend our rights and property, our site, the users of our site, and/or our affiliated parties; (c) act under circumstances to protect the safety of users of our site, ClassReunionTours.com
